What is your return policy?

We appreciate your support and want you to love everything you receive, but we understand that not everything works out. 

We will happily accept returns on full-price items within 10 days of delivery. All refunds will be issued as store credit. All Sale Items are final and cannot be returned. Gift Cards are non-returnable. 

Return Eligibility:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.
  • No detached tags, excessive wrinkling, animal/human hair, deodorant marks, makeup marks, or lingering odors (such as smoke or cologne) 
  • There must be no visible wear or damage to any item(s)
  • Must be returned with original bra pads of padding.
  • It must be returned in the original product packaging.

Style Luxe Activewear is not responsible for lost or stolen item(s) or incorrect return addresses. Please ensure the package is secure because the return will be denied if the item(s) have fallen out during transit. Please keep a valid tracking number.

Customers are responsible for the return shipment of all returned items. The original shipping/processing fees are non-refundable.

Do you offer exchanges?

We’re so sorry, but we are not able to process exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, simply follow our returns process for the item/items you no longer want and place a new order for the item/items you do want.
