Return Policy
At Style Luxe Activewear, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the customer without a refund.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked Final Sale.
- Items purchased at pop-up events, vendor markets, or special events.
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged merchandise.
- Items returned without their original tags.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@styleluxeactivewear.com or using our Contact Page. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your eligible item for a refund (if approved) and place a new order.
